My career as a seasoned graphic designer began with an honors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, with a B.A. in Graphic Design and an emphasis in photography.
Working my way up to a senior designer position at a television affiliate in Minneapolis/St. Paul gave me the opportunity to become proficient in creating high quality work under strict, intense deadlines. Teaching, motivating and leading a team of designers was a rewarding experience as well. I then transitioned from television to the world of post - production. This unique environment provided an outlet for extreme creative problem solving. The unmatched level of production in this industry builds confidence both personally and professionally.
In 2005, I launched "Mad Cow Design". My most recent challenges other than working independently include a 3 year contract with a startup company called PERFECT fit Health, Inc. . My task was to design the look/face of the company, and the product with which it is based upon. Taking on the role of Creative Director & Production Manager for PERFECT fit Health, Inc. , my responsibilities and knowledge gained were immense.
